I have reworked every endgame Unique weapon in Path of Exile.
I'm sorry but the changes to Cane of Unravelling is unwarranted, the item is not underpowered considering its rarity in the game. The item serves its purpose very well early to mid game, a lot of characters will use it for a good while.
While cast speed is meh, its okay. I would much rather something like Each power charge increases the effect of wither by 5/10% per power charge. This would be awesome. |

Good to see that somebody is still interested in keeping uniques relevant that have a higher droprate than mirrors, cause GGG certainly isn't.

I think that the Tidebreaker needs a damage bump.
It's genuinely a fairly weak weapon when you hit ANYTHING in the higher tiers, even if you juice specifically to use it currently. It's simply not effective enough unless you damage convert and use a very specific set of passive nodes, item modifiers, and ascendancies. You're better off with any rare maul that has 800 dps physical, or a mix of physical and elemental with like 600+ pdps 400+ edps. Tidebreaker simply doesn't have the power to necessitate a build around it, which is what is implied BY it's stats, utility, and inclusion in general. Kudos for all the work. Would love to see more items like your rework of varunastra.
Makes each iteration of the weapon truly unique. Could be some powerful rare combos... could be some utter crap. Love it. |

That after 10 years of seeing how GGG actually treats feedback somebody still has the nerves to do this - respect.
I like the changes to Trypanon. Always wanted to try something with it. “Human decency is not derived from religion. It precedes it.” ― Christopher Hitchens My QoL List: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3279646 Last edited by Antigegner#0560 on Sep 14, 2022, 11:19:20 PM

Love what you did with Jorhast's Blacksteel, have been trying to get something off the ground with Gravebind, castwhilechanneling Bladefall but it all falls apart when you meet an ArchNem rare because they all have too much health and some bad phased bosses.
NOTICE HOW REGULAR BOSSES AREN'T A PROBLEM THOUGH? IT'S ALMOST LIKE THEY'RE BALANCED CORRECTLY |

So many of these would be such fantastic reworks.
Which is why we'll never see any of them. (2-3-2019) Buff underused skills (3.23?!)+ selfcast, stop nerfing defense, build in threshold jewels (3.23?!), implement D3-style looting, add death log + MTX preview, actually rework flasks, stop balancing around the .01%, unnerf Harvest, ADD NEW WAYS TO LEVEL, finally implement Loot 2.0

i looked at starforge and i felt nah...
i dont know about other people but i felt one of starforge's defining features was it had a life roll. its very unique in the sense that IIRC only starforge does this. having a max roll of 350% damage and 15% attack speed can be interesting but the ranges are still very much RNG. players will feel bad getting a 150% damage with 0% attack speed roll. you have to remember, this is a weapon that may or may not drop from an end game boss. its pretty sad to have it drop weaker than a unique dagger. edge of madness is pretty interesting. i quite like it. kondo's pride... you kinda took away part of it's identity. i dont know who tf is kondo but the way i saw it was kondo was deadly but prideful. his attacks could be devastating (crit), and when they were devastating his opponents suffered (blind/bleed). however kondo was too prideful to take advantage on those opponents who received his devastating attacks (cant leech on crit). also, i believe the reason why the weapon had that line of text is to prevent people from going full crit and have easy access to bleed and blind. Since these features are outdated, there is no logical explanation for comparison. Waste of time, sorry.
