Doubt they'd take it back that far but finally a good take at least.

The second round of AN durability nerfs was confusing to me.
Maybe they saw something I didn't? I vaporized them before and even more now. The issue is really cheap and painful mechanics. Lightning Totems spawning from other rooms for instance. The Storm Striders are obscene, changing the distance isn't gunna help much when you can hardly see.
Only reason I even sometimes survive other stuff is due to 85/81% Max Res + 84% Phys.
I don't think this would have nearly been as much a problem if they'd stuck to what they said they were gunna do and lower the amount of Rare enemies. That was a half truth though. They only lowered then in early game where it doesn't matter. Fighting 3 AN at once T15/16 matters.
Well, I'm off to insta phase Uber Elder, Maven and Exarch then lose my exp to a single walking lightning man or totems teleporting at me from beyond my vision.
