Please revert all current AN nerfs and nerf their damage instead
The defense nerfs and less mods on rares nerfs coming in next patch only serve to nerf Headhunter and nothing else. People are getting 1 tapped by AN because of the damage, nerf that and that only. You're progressively just making Headhunter worse for no added benefit.

Why not keep the AN nerfs AND nerf their damage? Rares should not be as sketchy as they are now.

" +1 AN mobs are beyond awful and far from being worth fighting due to poor loot relative to time and effort needed to kill one. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! And the winds will cry / and many men will die / and all the waves will bow down / to the Loreley |

" You have any idea how important it is to steal those previous defensive buffs from AN while doing omega juiced 100% deli maps, clicking 5+ altars with Wrath of the Cosmos? It's better to have them in the game if you actually want players to try and have fun and not just roll blue maps. Oh and lest I forget you have to do all this while wearing 500% rarity gear lol. Power corrupts and corruption empowers as the div card fluff says. If you want to win against the archenemesi you have to vaal yourselves irl. Cmon! Vaal or no balls. :D

" I think the issue you're having is that you're basing your build on the success of a chase unique rather than treating as an "icing on the cake" to make an existing build even stronger. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

" That's not the issue I'm having I'm fine. Most people are not going to be though, and already aren't. This is about making the game fun and accessible, and making the items in your game useful, instead of target nerfing a single item and having the result be people still just die because AN dmg is too high. Honestly if I had to make the choice, I'd rather have rippy AN mobs you can kill quickly than giga tanks whose attacks have the same amount of force as a wet fart. If you get 1shot by one, it just means you need to invest in more defense. 100k+ EHP is often enough to let you handle T16 maps just fine.
I don't want my average AN mob to be like this, thanks: https://youtu.be/7ZFx2ZoUA34 PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds. " They're not that hard to kill and serve a double purpose of teaching players to build debuffing into their builds. Pen, exposure, curse, unnerve etc etc etc, these are all things you can do to make the AN defenses a joke. If a mob takes a little longer to die but at least doesn't stomp you into the ground there's not much harm there. The other way is much, much worse for the health of your game. On players is when they really shine though, and start to become pretty much required for the current state of the game when you're forced to MF to get any returns. |

" How about roll the entire game back to 3.14 and build on that. Everything since 3.15 has been an unmitigated disaster. 1. Doubling magic damage. 2. Adding spell suppression as a bad cope. 3. Nerfing supports putting lower tier builds in the dumpster. 4. Nerfing gear options that had been around since Delve because bleed just kills bosses too fast. 5. Adding AN to core when most people hard skipped so many variations when it was league. "You think you do but you don't" permeates all of this nonsense. There's a reason we call Blizzard, Bluzzard. This corpo speak is the antithesis of fun and fun is what a game ought to be. |
