Third Party Software - Autoban in simulacrum

Hi Team! Two days ago me and my friend was banned for "Third Party Software", also, I heard many people in last month was banner by this reason. The problem is we don't use any soft and probably was autobanned by some sort of bot-detection system. Let me explain:
From the strart of this league we decide to farm simulacrums in party - each run two clients (which is allowed). For one pair of characters, we used our old accounts, for the other - new ones. We did not use any macros/scripts/programs, even Awakened PoE Trade on new characters, just brought them in right place in simulacrum and stood afk to provide auras. In few days characters level-uped to 99, and it was first characters in fresh accounts. So, two days ago both fresh accouts was banned in one second. Main accounts was untouched. We appealed bans and it's still "Pending Review". I know it can take weeks or ever mounth.. It's easyer to just create new accounts, but how can I be sure they just won't be also banned after few days? So please, give me advice, what to do? Maybe there is some way to protect fresh account from ban by prooving Im a real human and do not use any prohibited soft? Sorry for some tongue-tiedness, english is not my native language. " I'm afraid we do not discuss account related issues via the forums. If your Path of Exile account has been banned I would suggest submitting an appeal - if you have already done so then you will need to wait for the appeal to be reviewed. This may take anywhere up to 4 weeks to be reviewed however the appropriate team members are working to lower this as best as they can. |

" so you are not using any kind of vendor software from the mouse / keyboard to "change buttoms" or something like that ? I assume you also don't use any kind of "hypervisor" to run the 2 accounts. It also have to be 2 account PER physical pc !! Can you also confirm that you don't use any kind of "mirrow" software so both chars are moving when you use the keyboard / mouse ? |

" On banned account - nope. On main account I use Awakened PoE Trade. I just don't need it - it takes 30 seconds to alt+tab and brought aura character to the right place. To launch 2 clients I use ggg launcher and steam. Also, as I say, both accounts was banned in one second, it was fresh accounts with high-level characters, without any purchases. Im here again. With another banned account.
I created new character on another account, level-uped, and today, at level 99 and ~50% (like previous one) it was banned for "Third Party Software". This time I used NVIDIA GeForce NOW (it's cloud gaming service) to launch second client, and I even tecnically couldn't use any soft on it. My friend created new account too, but his level is a bit lower, maybe 99 and 20%, and hes not banned. For now. So, what I need to do? I just want to play in party with two clients, which I control by myself. But game bans me because I have high level characters with low activity. Or maybe NVIDIA GeForce NOW is not allowed? I can do anything - record my gameplay, show any logs (if there is some, idk). I never used any third party soft on banned accounts. Just please, stop banning me guys. " well sounds like you maybe have been blacklisted or something. However posting here on forum will not help. You will need to get this sorted with GGG. |

And Im 99% sure its some sort of autoban system, because it was only one high-level character on both accounts and they stay afk almost all time, and was banned on same exp%, in same situations. If I was blacklisted, my main account would be probably banned too. Update. Appeals from both accounts was denied. Now they banned forever. I mailed support and ther responce pretty quickly. Finally I was able to talk to support in real time. Here's what I learned from our conversation:
1. They don't review bans after appeals was rejected. And you don't have any possibility to talk with people, who reject your appeal. I don't even know, if they really checked my account, or the ban was issued automatically and in this case the possibility of unbanning is not provided. 2. They don't tell me exact reason for ban. I got message which says I violated Section 7 of Terms of Use, that includes many different items. 3. NVIDIA GeForce NOW is allowed. Playing with 2 clients is allowed, if you control both of them by yourself. I know, it's sounds strange, but I never used any soft on banned accounts. Believe me or not - your choice. I believe the issue may have been using Nvidia now. I believe you need to be running 2 of the same client, on your PC if you are doing this type of thing. Not using any type of remote/cloud services.

That's what support said. Also, my friend not used Gforce NOW at all, just runned steam and ggg launcher. And his fresh account was also banned. |
