need clarification 10% increased physical weapon damage per 10 strength (pillar of the caged god)

The same Keyword "Weapon" should not have diffrent meanings on diffrent items is my point hehe

C: Blank (dont know if local or global)
D: Blank (all)
E: Weapon
F: Physical
G: Damage
H: Per 10 Strength

"10% Increased Physical Weapon Damage Per 10 Strength"
i thought it was:
"You deal 10% increased physical damage per 10 points of strenght with attacks while using a weapon"

but it really was:
"The physical damage "from this weapon only and not non-weapon items" is increased by 10% for each 10 points of strenght you have"

how is that not confusing? :D

anyway this guide might be flawed but it resembles my thought process behind these things :)

edit: also really hoping that change to physical damage rolls on non-weapons is coming soon. I have alot of ideas in the bank, first on the list will be making Darkscorn work. Mostly because everyone will be messing with this staff unless that damage increase is meant to be local.

Hatred should work on any physical damage, weapon, non-weapon, spells or secondary.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
