And THAT is the 1 million dollar question. What's that definition of insanity again - "To do the same thing over and over and expect a different result"
It seems like GGG here is in this rut of "turn down for what" philosophies that it has hurt the game (and player base) irreparability.
GGG should consider "small" changes over time rather than massive-sweeping overhauls that have wicked downstream effects.
Some nice gaslighting you got there. "GGG is insane!"
Yeah, no.

This is true and on the other hand it is free NOT to play too. However, everyone is entitled to an opinion good, bad or in between.
Lol, if it's free NOT to play, then why complain? This logic doesn't even make sense
You missed the bigger point here. If it's free NOT to play, then go do something better, thus take the money elsewhere, etc.. however, people do have a right to opinions and subsequent notion of "complaining" as they see valid, despite what your definition is of free speech.

Because Chris` vision for the game is different. Which is a good thing.
You don't want developers to cave in under reddit and tears on the forum. You want developers who have a strong philosophy and belief system, especially in core values of an aRPG. And decreasing the drop rates from the already absurd numbers, is not a bad thing.
So one person's idea of a game is more important than the 250k players?
Ok.
You are posting in every thread where anyone has even a mild dislike of the league girng.
You do realize the forums are here for player discussion, right?
If the players don't enjoy the league, its perfectly reasonable to state so. Some small portion have slightly toxic methods of saying it, sure (like making fun of GGG employees).
But overall there is nothing wrong with having a negative impression of a league, and stating so.
GGG is a big boy, they don't need you whiteknighting them or trolling any complaints.
(For reference, I am pretty neutral on the league, not really for or against. They nuked Harvest from orbit, but at least we are all on the same playing field now. Same with the reduced loot. Game harder all around but everyone is on the same footing... I am ok with that.)

Yes, 250k people disagree with the drop rate changes. Lol, citation please.

He thinks this forum is for player discussion, all I see is hatred against one of the greatest aRPGs in the world, and the continued gaslighting of the devs.
Pretty sickening if you ask me

People ask for changes in games where they see potential for improvement, not games they hate.
You can't really 'gaslight' devs on a forums they don't visit, either here or reddit.
If all these people followed the devs around all day, I would actually agree with you this would be negative and gaslighting.
I applaud your concern for the devs, but again they dont read this, they are big boys, they dont need you trolling every thread that sees issues.
Frankly, you just make it seem worse by adding negativity.
Anyway, good luck on your crusade, this has been enough of my time.
