Why is empyrean so angry about lack of loot ?

I don't really care about this guy or his playstyle, but I assume he just wants to prove a point? If it's lower for the extreme juicers, it will be lower for us too. That's it.
maybe op can touch grass and realize that people have different way of playing the game. ggg made it impossible to have the playstile of empy's group hence they quit. how is it hard to understand ? especially as other persons said, the amount of time and commitment and preparation they did before league with the bugged patch notes and manifesto.
anyway, not expecting much to go through some thick skulls

Personally, I think the amount of juice we can put on the maps is directly stupid at Empy's level. Can we really call it "playing" when we don't see anything and just hope for the best?

Anyhow, that doesn't change the fact that something is clearly wrong. Investment should yield returns at any level of play, at least in the long run - with a clear strategy. Currently, it doesn't. We went from lush (Sentinel) to more or less barren (Kalandra), and the contrast is so huge, both at low level/investment and at high level/investment.

It's not about Empy. Or his group. Or any streamer. It's about the game and the massive change - without reasoning or clear communication.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

Nobody forces them to use that much chaos on every map! Well, it is the same as, nobody forces you to divine every map for perfect quantity and packsize!
He has every right to be angry. Him and his team put so much time into developing these party play strategies. Imagine seeing the manifesto, league launch trailer and patch notes and then spending a week with a team of 10 or more people to develop an entire strategy for how you plan to league start only for a bunch of changes not listed anywhere to completely destroy the plan you had in place and all the work that went into it.

Ignore your personal feelings about it being fun or not. They enjoy it, and it is better for us average players when it happens. The amount of loot that gets filtered down to us from these 6 man teams is astonishing. Between popcorn currency, uniques, divcards etc. Not to mention that they get their first week or two and come away with 5+ mirrors a piece, then they begin crafting end game build items and that funnels more back to the average player. Between the currency they spend on crafting, to selling the items they make that they deem not good enough for their final build.

So yeah, they have every right to be pissed. Because a lot of them as streamers this is their actual job. So when they see if falling apart, they also see their potential source of income falling apart with it. And again, ignoring your personal feelings on if streaming is a real job. Because no matter how you feel, they still make a living doing it.

Side note, I honestly don't even really like his content that much. Just not my style of content. But really shitty to see people trashing a guy who's just doing his own thing and not hurting anyone. It's still an insane amount of effort these guys put into everything and deserves more recognition than just "they abuse party play and I'm angry for it"

Except that's exactly what it means. Chris's note says exactly that. The drop rates were hugely reduced, and that effects everyone.
Angry? He is utterly disappinted. WHy would they play game like that? They can spend their time doing better things.
Did you rly make a new thread just to show how jealous you were about him having more currency than you in a video game?

Nobody forces them to play bad game either. So they left.
Just like many streamers that are "face" of this game are about to if nothing changes.
