Buying a new laptop: what do I need for PoE?

@op if u want a good advice, u need to tell more parameters like which games u want to play beside poe, if u want to work with it or do graphics applications.

I also play Total War Warhammer 3.

I use my laptop as a television, so I move it around the house daily.
Sometimes take it to work, but just to use the most basic things like internet, word and excel.
