Downloading the Game, Hash Error

I did manage to move HashCache.dat and Content.ggpk from a different computer to get up and running, but that's really not a thing I should have to do, and wouldn't be able to do if I didn't have the game installed on a different computer already.
It does make me wonder if HashCache.dat is the damaged file, since copying just the Content file didn't fix this when I tried earlier. |

The solution posted by JLuke73 worked for me, but as I do not fully understand the security risks of using free VPNs I wouldn't directly recommend it. I just want to say that downloading the rest of the patch worked as usual and I could then launch PoE without a VPN afterwards.
Thanks for those who suggested this solution. |

Same issue here on a new PC build from North America.
Trying VPN install now to see how it goes. VPN'd to UK and the install worked. Last edited by kar916#1791 on Aug 15, 2022, 11:20:27 PM

Could you try resuming the download again?
Our CDN seems to have an old version of this file cached for some regions which I have hopefully purged now. | |
Thanks, working on my end!
