cheapest way to craft a +3 bow is to use an essence to get +2 and have 1 open prefix and 1 open suffix, then craft 'Cannot roll attack mods' and buy a beast 'Farric Wolf Alpha' and do the add a prefix, remove a suffix craft. This will give you +3 and also remove 1 suffix so you can multimod the bow to finish
