Do increases to AoE scale Herald of Ice AoE explosions?

How does Wild Strike function with mods like "Strike skills target an additional enemy."? Since Wild Strike can't choose the same element twice, would both hits be the same element since they occur simultaneously or would it be always 2 different hits? Thanks if you respond, thanks if you don't

Guessing about certain mechanics do in POE has been my single most frustrating issue with this game. Streamers are not Devs (no shade), as they do great work for the community. However, we need this from the official source. Glad to see this happening. If I missed previous events such as this then ignore all and thank much GGG.

Is the corpse cap shared between all things that generate corpses or is the cap unique to each skill? For example, do the corpses of Desecrate contribute to Unearth's corpse cap?

How does Perandus Signet interact with player's Increased Item Quantity Chance (IIQC)? I believe IIQC does not increase the amount of Wisdom Scrolls received, why?

What Happens If You Have 100% Chance to Flee AND 100% Chance to Taunt?
As in, what exactly happens when you hit a mob if you have 100% Chance to Flee AND 100% Chance to Taunt? Does the monster/mob just go back and forth and glitch out essentially? Is scorched reduced resistance or minus resistance?
Same with blizzard crown. Is the 10% higher an increased resistance or flat increase? | |

Does Ground Slam + Shockwave stack Blood Dance bleeding with each hit + wave? Like does the bleeding stack with 1: Ground Slam hit 2:shockwaves each repeats? Does the same happen with Earthquake, specially Vaal Earthquake?
