AMA - Sentinel Challenges 7/40
" Same man. I liked leisurely grinding out the challenges as it would give me a point to play the leagues. This league is total balls. Like I still haven't got a harvest boss, tried a couple of the apex encounters and wiped out, realized I would probably have to reroll to higher defense. I look at the challenge list and realize it will be completely machositic to even try to complete without buying a ton of them (which removes the point / fun of it). Just said fuck it. Feels like a chore. Not worth it for me. How do they fuck something so simple up so horribly. Last edited by snolan#0995 on Jun 3, 2022, 10:49:52 AM

Ah, it´s like always - people just want stuff for free and are not willing to eigher put in the work or the currency.
- First of all, most of the challenges are pretty doable. I´ve only come across 1-2 so far that I wasn´t able to complete fully on my own YET so I took a shorter path. - Secondly, the league goes on for more than 2 more months - yet you already want everything done already? Entitlement down to the core. - Third, those challenges deliver the biggest rewards I´ve seen since I play, 2 full armour sets - and the first one is damn easy to get with only 24 challenges. I mean, you guys really want the game to die, right? You understand that GGG NEEDS supporters and people that pay for armour sets, skill effects and what not, it´s their sole way of income so they just cannot give that stuff out for free in big amounts. The fact that they even offer them now is huge and shows that they actually trust their supporters to keep supporting them, which I dont have seeing posts like this. - I´m at 17 already, and I´ve worked on them actively since a few days only since I am working full-time and didn´t take ANY vacations this league for PoE. Next week I have vacations so I´m pretty sure I´ll be done afterwards. If I, as a now casual gamer with only the evenings and the weekends to play can do that, u should be able to do it as well. |
