AMA - Sentinel Challenges 7/40

Playing since Betrayal and going close to 40 when I enjoy the league and its challenges; however, I am not into the End-Game-Grind challenges, never went 40/40 hence.
Last league went 38/40 and enjoyed both, the Archnemesis league and its challenges.

This league: I enjoyed the League mechanic and went to lvl95 within a few days. Since long time player I was able to work with the AM mods.

But with the kind of challenges offered, I am kind of done at this point.

1) Have you attempted or completed all new pinnacle boss fights? AN mods do not affect pinnacle bosses

2) What is your expectation for how long it should take to complete 40 challenges? 38 challenges?

The challenges this league are pretty overwhelming if you are solo running it. But fortunately most of the challenges can just be bought. So buy a bunch of the ones you do not want to do, and it drastically reduces the amount of grind required. Also helps with that "holy shit i have so much to do" feeling.

Doesnt that destroy the whole purpose of the challenges.

challenges are pretty bad this league...a lot of them require you to spec into atlas nodes and then spec out and into something else, wasting a lot of unmaking orbs

the unique maps challenge now has that 1 ex doryani map on it which is ridiculous. i'm not paying 1 ex for a map just to get a challenge. and since its not on the atlas anymore people are not running the map in groups anymore which would make it cheaper.

I believe you can still get it from Kirac (I did last league, multiple times). Patch notes indicate you can't get it from white/yellow tier missions so I'm guessing it still shows up in red tier.

the chances of that happening is pretty slim... last league i played the full 3 months and didnt once see it or the vinktar square map which apparently he also offered.

Make sure to use the Scouting reports if that map doesn't pop.

For me one of the best challenges and also the rewards.
When i first saw the challenges i thought this is going to be a lot of rng and prob gonna suck but was wrong (except for harvest, that one is nasty haha).

OP there is really good challenge guide on reddit and i think it was also posted here.
1ex map will drop sooner or later while looking for Auul so no biggie.

Also the respec is not the prob, you r going to haave a lot of respec orbs (Altars will help) and for me, it made me play the league content i don't usually play (harvest and breach) and i came to like it, like the last league with abyss boss challenge (before that i hated doing abyss but that changed while i was doing that one).

I usually have 36 on a second week's end on new league.
