What do you think about having a POE Classic ?

Will we have "classic" playerbase as well? 10 times less players playing?

Pretty sure most people who enjoy the game now would hate the game as it was in 2013. Yeah bring back that desync and the inability to sustain monster level 76 maps, one rogue exile per map as a league mechanic... I don't think the zoomers would appreciate that kind of thing.
People don't realize how much the game has changed in almost 9 years, graphics, netcode must feel horrible if we were to play that now too.

We dont even need to go that far. Reminder: atlas was added with Essence league. Anything before that people would hate.

Honestly, I don't care about anything else that comes from PoE, I've never felt such contempt for a game like this league made me feel, it reminds me a lot of what made WoW a game that added and improved expansion after expansion until WoTLK. So Tencent and Gostcrawler came in with the vision, not to add to the game, but to change and change and change everything all the time until nothing was left and the whole game focused on the 10% of whales who buy everything out of addiction. Sorry but for me PoE is officially dead

but we get access to double dipping, pre nerfed support gems, pre nerfed 2 handed gems. fortify might not exist

maybe no loot filters too?

on the plus side you only need maybe 100-200k dps to clear all content.

no ones complaining about build diversity.

people are complaining about running the campaign 4 times.

most people will take oak reward.

oh and desync's back!

Fellshrine and docks runs were the only thing cool about old PoE. We sort of have blood aqueducts runs at the beginning of leagues but its not the same.

Literally not a single person wants classic poe no one wants desync poe back
