What do you think about having a POE Classic ?

It will be newbie friendly, campaign up to Dominus. Very nostalgic, at least for me. I don't know, it might be too much work for GGG since they're also working on POE 2. Just a thought...

I would like poe classic if it had shaper/elder influenced maps again, lets say abyss league or something.

The thing about nostalgia is that we tend to remember the good things and forget the bad things.
So does this nostalgic version of POE not have any specialty stash tabs? No currency tab, etc? Will there be no POB? Will trade only happen in forum shops? If you only want to pick and choose the good stuff, then they can't simply pull up archived code. It would require a huge amount of work. Having said all that, I'd love to play legacy POE. I play a fair amount of Standard and I HATE having my favorite builds wrecked. It completely ruins my enjoyment of the game. Personally I'd like to go back 3-4 years. I thought POE was at it's peak then. I've always wondered what it would be like to play a true perm legacy league. |

I would pay quite some money for a standalone version of classic POE of the first 3 acts, either with Piety or Dominus as endboss.
