Can't use 1920x1080 in fullscreen

Same problem, but on 2560x1440. My game will not go above 1920x1080 fullscreen no matter what I do, which as 2k is my native resolution. I have posted about this before, and no answer.

I've tried all render engines, driver updates, locking ini files, switching resolutions with GRU, (alt+enter LOL) nothing will make the game run true fullscreen on my native resolution. The game will flash on my desktop all black in the size of that lower resolution and then go fullscreen, in that lower resolution.

Infuriating, as the game runs much better in true full screen.

When switching from fullscreen to windowed fullscreen, the resolution given is 1936x1119 - Clicking 2560x1440 actually does nothing, as that was the resolution the game was rendering at already. When in fullscreen windowed and trying to lower the resolution, nothing happens.

My fix I had my monitor at 75hz put it to 60hz on the monitor and everything worked in game as should. Hope this helps
