100% Spell Suppression sounds OP but 75% Spell Dodge is still superior
" Are you implying that you cant block while in block recovery? Wrong game maybe? IIRC it works like that in 'Grim Dawn' but not in PoE. No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
