Put torture chamber back in, I realise cells is probably the same map but it needs its true name to reach its true power. Then the card can drop from metamorphs in the torture chamber map only.

The card that will never drop, or you will most likely need 4000 maps for 1card to drop.
Still good, this will increase the number of magebloods in the game, so maybe a mere mortal like me with 250ex can finally afford it. |

It costs over 6 times as much as HH (which is supposed to be a similar powered chase item). Not to mention most people will never make the 400+ ex per league needed to buy it. More common is good in this case.
