What is the fastest way to get legacy Kaom's Heart +1000 maximum hp?

I was laughing at the price long ago, it was at 1 mirror, nobody would buy that. Now it turned to 3 mirrors, if I do not work hard now, the price might jump to a price so high that I can only dream of.

Legacy kaoms is a bit of a noob trap compared to some of the body armours we can get now, i realise numerically it looks impressive but i'm sure some other posters will hop in with some actually disgusting chest pieces that make it look bad :p

" Meh idk about this. When we have 8-link gloves and helms, and 6 link weapons or weapon + squire, I dont necessarily think a 6L chest is absolutely vital if the tradeoff is a flat 1000 life. Just keep waiting, The price was 8 Mirrors at one time so it is steadily falling. It's more of a status symbol at this point with the new options available.

The real secret is to play other games and find someone who has forgotten all about PoE that has one on an account that hasn't been played in forever.

it used to be insanely good in the era when it existed, but nowdays there are other, better options for defenses than raw life, which is kinda overrated. just a generic armour/ev base with suppress and ailment avoidance is arguably a better pick for a character with good defenses, and these chests can get upwards of 140 flat + 15% inc life on them as well. as for uniques just a brass dome is gonna be better almost every time.
