I did more upgrades.
Empower 4, ice spear 21, replaced creeping frost with increased critical damage. Changed the Pantheon for arakhali and minor for the corrupted blood (dont have one jewel with that yet). Also I have -30 chaos now. Managed to get 4 flasks. Not 100% uptime but enough for mapping/bossing. Have to stop the loop if I am reading ritual/harvest stuff for too long. The best bismuth flask would have increased effect + 40 all resist. I wanted to have more "defenses" mainly against cold/shaper balls. But in fact the best defense is offense. Insta phasing sirus is fun. My brutal restraint gives me 20 Increased Flask Charges gained. I also learned that there is a best position to cast ice spear. It is like lightning strike. My damage really doubled by simply being in the right position. I did a 55% hubris (double effect) feared. I was afraid of failing if releasing all the bosses at once but should have done so. The dps doesnt look like the pob dpb. It is so much higher. On Maven I always miss the shit on the last memory phase. " Oh thanks for the videos to see real damage, you should put 250% cast speed in custom config with 27% cdr, you will get flat 16% more damage if you are doing 100 million now, then 116 at 27% cdr 9 cdr is 43 casts in 10 seconds, 27 cdr is 5 casts in 10 seconds yes you got lucky on brutal restraint you can get a 50 ex cluster, like last league and remove one of the flask clusters | |

" You can't stand still or you will die for things you can't see in the ground. Sentinel is bad because you kill stuff before you can see them. I even tried the yellow one. I will do another video later of a mapping experience. Anyway everything is frozen, you just walk around and loot stuff. It is great. I tried to go back to play a map with my league starter (CF champ that did everything but feared) and man it is bad. This build is so much more fun to play. Lol I only have divergent on my main and not the weapon! Duh, I have to get another one. I though it was "working so it is fine" but this makes sense. I saw some builds ditch the arcane surge and put the creeping frost there and use the weapon only for qol stuff and not actually damage. I don't even know how creeping frost work or why it is important hehe This is absurd. My ward pieces are all crap and could be better, my ring sucks and I am doing this absurd damage on everything. Cant have a pob right now which I will update my previous post so people can see what I had. It is an interesting puzzle now. Because I don't think I will leave the quality of life that is purity of elements and kiara determination. To get more damage I will probably ditch the sapphire flask and add a bottled faith. Have to fix the resists. Without the pen from omni the amulet, cold penetration (it was surprisingly cheap for the 5/20, paid 1 ex) and amulet anoint is a lot of damage. People are using elemental focus but I like the freeze on everything. The new jewel that another poster did that allow you to use the staff on the left and free a TON of points is very interesting. But I can only play with that if my brutal restraint on the middle give me more charges or I craft the insane gg belt. I think the pandemonius amulet is too op. If something hit you they are slowed a ton, everything is blinded and give cold damage and a ton of penetration. Besides omni I dont think there is another bis amulet as this one. EDIT: Current POB. The weapon should have CWDT. I added the 250 cast speed in config and damage is 15 million.
