The very worst yellow item

Dont have it anymore... but the worst rare I have found sold for 1 scroll fragment... so yeah there is that.

it's not even that I am unlucky with drops. I have had a large stash of self found uniques and during my unique farming I have come across 1000s of rares while farming or leveling. The thing is I can't count 1 rare not even 1 to memory that didn't need to be chaosed. I can't even think of a magic item that was useful before I altered it.

You could get an ilvl 1 item, use alt on it until you get a single mod with the lowest mod group then regal it and hope for another mod of lowest mod group.

Bam, 2 mod rare with +1 es and +2 str or something like that :p
