every rare I have ever gotten falls under this category. Not once have I identified a decent piece of equipment in this game it has always had to be re rerolled.

edit: SHIT SON! what about a flask called "Luck Juice" that increases your IIQ and IIR by like 50% after you drink it for like 30 seconds.

It would have to be like 60 charges all used when drink so you can't use it that often.
