To get to level 100 from act 10 you need lots of exalts and time. If you managed to farm 50 ex, or whatever is the cost of emblems to reach level 100 from 67, then I guess you deserve an easier time to reach level 100, with another character. You still need to invest time in joining parties, waiting for them to fill, hoping you have a good carry, etc.

Personally I would like all forms of carries removed from... every game in general not just this one. Which I understand is unrealistic.

No clue what you are on about with your RMT conspiracy theory or direct after act 10 5-ways bs.
You wont be doing 5-ways directly after act 10 on your first toon. You have no currency. You would possibly do that on an alt. Even then that would be straight wasting currency. Easy exp until the 93-95 mark. Getting 100 by afking is the issue. Mash the clean

To be able to do this you would need to be able to afford over 100 5 way's,.
