2nd time game crashed, Harvest craft covert corrupted gem to gcp

The game ahrd crashes, and i still see the gem in the craft box before the game refuses to respond and autoshutdsown. When i zone back in, the gcps are in the harvest craft box instead of the skill gem.

Same thing seems to happen for me when i sacrice a corrupted gem to change it into a lenses
