the build just requires a lot of investment since it's rf but I'm poor and I do sell low tier currency but I require exalts not a few chaos for this build to be decent

With all due respect, this is simply not true.
Instead of (mindless) trying to copy someone 's build(guide), first try to actually understand the build.
RF can already be very strong in dps and be tanky with less then 1 ex investment.
I even did RF in endless delirium in the December event and got it to lvl 90.

To give you a few tips:
E.g. Rise of the phoenix shield is only 1c for a decent rolled one. It's a great shield that can carry you to t16 maps easy. It gives you a huge boost in fire resistance, and even gives flat life and life regen. You really do not need a 8 ex shield here for a long time.

Either craft or buy a weapon, but worst case you can even use that unique wand with the huge burning damage.. Less then 1c in trade.
Beside this, just try get life and life regen om basically all your gear. Any fire damage, burning or elemental damage is a bonus, and use Pob to check your passive tree and your items (you can ctrl c and ctrl v items in the game to pob to check item stats and see if it's an improvent of your current) There is a couple of nice starting trees out het here, and the YouTube pohx also has a nice guide.

Once you have this, you will be running red maps with ease, and I am sure you will find some exalts to upgrade your gear.
If you are stuck, there is always help that can be fou d here in the forums

See, there's your problem: you tried to play something you wanted to play instead of copying a meta build you found on Reddit.

The balance issues in PoE feel like they get worse every patch, so unless you're willing to cheese the game by knowingly picking something OP which you didn't design yourself you should keep your expectations more realistic. But not to worry: if you don't have time to invest in a league and still want to do everything, here's your 4 step plan:

1 - Find an easy build someone else made. EASY is the important word here: it needs to be extremely mechanically simple, using either indirect damage (minions/totems/etc) or one-button gameplay (cyclone). Basically, you're looking for a build which can clear maps while you're in a coma, because the easier something is to play the less you have to rely on your own knowledge and skill.

2 - Copy that build. Don't change ANYTHING. Getting good and being creative is a lot of work, ain't nobody got time for that.

3 - Get to 40/40 playing in Easy Mode. Bonus points if you buy your challenge completions on 820 or TFT. Again, getting good? A lot of work.

4 - Go on reddit to tell everyone how good you are, desperately clinging to your denial about how hollow a victory is where you didn't actually make a build in a game which is fundamentally about making builds.

I'm sure you had good intentions and didn't mean to but this is just not true you can't just slap life on gear and do a lot of damage with rf a good helmet and weapon is pretty much mandatory and those are expensive I've completed every map and even done Phoenix and chimera easy but the damage is just really low and the survivability is also not really there when facing boss harbingers or some archnemissis or stronger bosses like hydra which It took me minutes to damage him past the ES which came back when he went invulnerable so I called it quits

I am actually following pohx rf guide but unlike him I don't know how to make currency in order to turn rf into a good late game build

its funny how the game started off showing people that it has a lot of build diversity.

having 500k dps was considered a huge lot.

but now you need at least 3-5 million dps to even bother doing end game bosses such as maven/her invites and people scoff at those who arent there yet.

I'm dredging through the soul crushing acts a 3rd time this league, for the same reason. Looking for a build that feels nice for me in this league.

1st build is Golems. It's doing not too bad. I can run T12-13 maps decently well with the couple of Exalts I invested in to it, but T15s is still out of reach. Need another 10 + Exalts to get the gear. Build is too slow for the amount of mapping needed.

2nd Build I made with the mapping in mind. Ice Shot deadeye. Build to utilize shrines with the Gull raven mask and shrine nodes. Should be a very fast mapper, but bug introduced in this league, makes the build useless. You have to sometimes click 3-4 times on a lesser shrine before it registers and activates, and that's just a plan killer on what is supposed to be a glass cannon mapper.

3rd build is now what I hope to be something in between. Tanky enough and fast enough. Good old Cyclone Slayer.... Will have to see... I'm so tired of going through the acts, I might stop playing this league before I get it's mapping gear in place, but maybe this league I will be lucky and get a few good drops that I can finally afford end-game gear.

it only takes 1m dps to kill sirus if your defensive is good and you know how to play the mechanics, you can have low dps and kill boss if you have the defense and know how, even with high defense you should still learn how to manually dodge since no matter ur defense you can be one shot in poe so the point is simple end game is for pro players not just some person who doesn't try to learn mechanics or wants to put in the grind to get there. I have played with new players and always them them don't expect to get to endgame your first 3 leagues focus on learning how the game works then make a goal for end game. and all of them quit because the grind is to much, or it's to hard to learn.

I didn’t copy anything and my SSF Shield Crush jugg has done nearly everything but the feared. I’m not really all that good at build making or the game either.
