Vorici stealth nerfed



25 Research encounters
25 T3 It that fled (stash doesnt update so 24x chayulas)
25 T3 Voricis
25 T1-T3 Aisling

21 x 1 white socket
4 x 2 white sockets
0 x 3 white sockets

I have been running betrayal for multiple leagues and min-maxed it to a degree where i can spawn catarina within 20 maps reliably or get one safehouse every 3-5 maps. The Vorici white socket chances have almost certainly been nerfed into oblivion for some ominous reason. I'm so tired of these stealth nerfs bro...

If you design your mechanics to be as grindy as possible to get players to spend more time, you will not get players to spend more time. People will just get frustrated and quit, especially if its things that they are used to.

Time to take a break and play another game, this game just doesn't respect my time and it seems the new game design philosophy follows the mobile gaming industry where its not about fun but getting the player to waste as much time as possible while archiving nothing.

If i say farming vorici stopped being fun because of stupid stealth nerfs, then that means it used to be fun to me.

Maybe the game designers are now making cold and calculated choices based on statistics and numbers, getting players to spend more time instead of making choices on which mechanics are fun and rewarding or not.

Do you think its fun having to stop your gameplay every 2 seconds to look at some UI, read some modifiers, select a 50/50 and then do the same thing 2 steps later ?

Or is it fun to either have mobs spawn directly ontop of you or having to search puddles and audio cues and then wait for monsters to spawn?

Sorry, these mechanics are not designed to be fun, they are designed to make you spend more time.

Are those 25 T3 vorici or 25 T4 vorici?
8 mod maps are the new alch and go.
RNG is RNG. I went 25+ elder/uber elders without a watcher's eye.

I spammed vorici trying to get 3 white socket on this sceptre (had 3W+ on all other equipment, some from a beast split base and some that I had already got 3W from vorici) and was never able to do it. After many attempts I started to sell them and the first one hit 3W.



What is strange is that this will make literally no impact to any build. At most you might need 1 or 2 flexible gem sockets to prepare for corruption, but otherwise? You can hit other combination of sockets that you want using the bench and harvest non-colour to colour socket. I can't imagine getting worked up over something so meaningless.

So what is your expected hit rate of getting all white sockets on a 1 to 3 craft on a 3 socket item? I wonder if it is easier to get 3 white sockets on a 6 socket item.

Pretty sure they also stealth nerfed cemetery. And I'm not even just talking about the Brother's Stash drop rate, but the entire drop pool. I made a thread about this on Reddit, where a few people are going insane about what I said, even though to me that seems clearly the case.

i can see where you're coming from. other people in guild said cemetary got nerfed, mostly the mob count. What others reported aswell is that nurse cards from towers got nerfed, confirmed. people in our guild run that map non-stop, hundrets a day.

I know ggg adjusts drop rates and never tells anyone but lets be real. changing this stuff around just for the sake of shuffling things around is really annoying and ocd autists that love one map and hate changes quit over this.
