I only levelled my main character to 100 a little over a year ago, after 10+ years of playing. It's a huge feeling of accomplishment. At each level, especially 99–100, I had to force myself to play only very safe maps and options, giving up interesting encounters, the possibility of increased loot, and in some cases new league content. I'm SSF in standard, which means that trading for currency or equipment is completely meaningless to me. Anybody who says I should just make money instead or that getting to 100 is unimportant are speaking a foreign and irrelevant language. If you're SSF and don't just buy whatever gear you want, all of those passive points are very important. I've earned everything I've got the hard way. It was only after I got to 100 that I started creating different characters, the highest of which is currently 88. But I don't play any of them nearly as much as my main character. |

grats. I have a few 100s and some deleted ones. Back in the day it was my only goal reach 100 on hc "legit" no logout macros etc. Nowdays I see no point cause of these rotas/beacheads/5ways/chayulas etc. It takes away the achievment for me. Last time I did was my slayer cyclone on 3.13.

" Nah. Not today. I played that way (self found) before the sf mode even existed. Problem is the game is not balanced around it anymore and its too frustrating playing this way. |
