Flask not getting charges with Traitor

It says 56 charges. I've been running a lot of exarch maps so there is maybe an altar modifying flask charges, and it doesn't update the flask charges number when we over the flask.

I think this is related to searing exarch cause i just got it also and i have a perfectly rolled olroth's 28% and did not change anything since yesterday where it was working properly
