You are right, dorop of currency is getting worse and worse not only for you but for many players. Here all getting worse, from roll mods tier to "infinite" rerolling bench craft for max value...

God... If not exist heist and no little of rare jewellery drop from league mechanic... I don't know if I would do 8x chaos recipe... When i see amount of currency drop from expedition, ohh... I think, could by better 0 currency drop, this amount is face slap. It's pathetic, take that alms and put in...

Im systematic play 2y and from Harvest nerf i see is worse, upodate after update. Destroying builds after someone put in min-max 600ex (even no OP). I am slowly fed up with this all, especialy killing monsters, only for killing monsters... Sry 3G, have no feel satisfaction from your visions. This is no Diablo 1. When im starting think about change game its bad sign. You are beg for a repeat with "-40%"...

5k chaos = 2500 sets of bad bases. I got a lot of tabs and i fill and dunk at all times possible. 1 set every 2m 30s might even be low-balling it.

When it comes to trades. as most starts of season you can easily flip items and currency with over 100% profit.

You do a lot of maps, only interrupting yourself for big trades. stash every rare UI. After your storage is filled you go and exchange your currency for things that are currently cheap while you ID the good bases and create c-recipes out of the bad UIs.

Rinse and repeat and be tenacious and 35 Ex can be done a day or two, not weeks at the start.


I see a lot of people not grasping that I've not been playing this casually. What might seem unreasonable or impossible for a lot can be achieved solo, and the things 4+1 teams can put out kinda destroys the market within a week of season start, making a ex starve drown your chances of competing on the market early on.

I got a couple from league mechanics so it made things a bit easier.

If they gated better exalt acquisition behind leagues mechanics after removing the nemesis # printing mechanic, it's definitely not enough. You can see there's a lack of exalt currency influx, the price of exalts is skyrocketing in league and in STD as well.

0 exalts by level 90 is unlucky, but definitely far from unheard of and not abnormal or broken.

Even if on average you might see 3 exalts drop by level 90 (which in my experience is probably a pretty generous guess), there would still be a ~5% chance of getting none. And that's fine. I've gone that dry before. And other times I've gotten several before even reaching maps. Life goes on.

0 exalts by 90 is normal. Most of your play time at that point is from running the acts and low tier maps without juice. I've had leagues where I didn't find exalts by level 96 or 97. I have had better luck this league with maybe 8-10 drops, but there is no way that the average is 3 drops by level 90.

Not sure what there is even to complain about, nobody makes their currency by dropping raw exalts anyway.
