I'm a standard player. I don't have access to Lilly Roth in my hideout even though I've already done the "Fallen from Grace" quest in act 6 years ago. Do I really need to role a new character up to act 6 when I don't really want to just to get a new character? Because I won't do that. Lilly will just stay in town and effectively be dead to me. I won't be able to turn in div cards either but if I have to completely ignore every div card in the entire game for convenience that's what I'm going to do.

Have you talked to Lilly in Act 6 Lioneye's Watch again? Just asking, because of this part in the patch notes:
" Exit, pursued by a Plummeting Ursa.

Same problem. Talked to Lilly in any town she graces with her presence, and she didn't show up in the pre-existing hideout and there was no option to invite her in any of her menus.
Found a workaround, however: Talk to Helena, switch your hideout to any other than your current one (safe to do, the layout is saved), then talk to Helena in your new (empty) hideout again, switch back to the old layout, and she'll show up. |

Thank you for the advice Alysma. I had tried speaking with her in karui shores town but not in act 6.
I just spoke with her in the act 6 town. She had an exclamation point over her head. After that one dialogue she is now in my hideout. Chaotic chaos chaotically causes creations.

Talk to her in Act 6. It's just like with Helena (in act 2) from way back when.
