Maven fight is making me quit POE

I hate maven fight. More than i hate sirus. It's because when you fail memory game, you die instanly with no chance. And many degen stuff could make me fail it.
Most of time i am brain-dead person. I had enough brain-usage at work. I don't want more stressful in video game.

most likely quitting 3.17 too. maven can be optional in previous leagues whatever she drops can just buy it. but now funneling players to clear her for woke gems and atlas points - really low move. sorry not sorry but i dont want to be playing simon says in an action rpg thanks.

Yes but Chris said that it will be lower tier woke gems, best gems will be obtained only from maven.

yep. memory game is the worst mechanic among all boss fights currently. and i know this for sure because i've done every single boss in the game in scourge. memory game, rotating beams, degens = all at once. it is a very bad design.

there is no way i would want to farm maven, and that would not be a problem if awakened gems would drop from other pinnacle bosses or remained in sirus drop pool.

and it doesn't make sense from the lore point of view. they are called Awakened gems and they drop from Sirus, Awakener of Worlds. and what is the point of doing sirus now? no gems, no watchstones obviously, endgame encounter with no valuable drops??

so this is the worst thing about this content update, other than that, i have to admit that most of other changes are looking good.

There are no good reason to farm sirus ;/ .... only for gloves?

I didnt saw the entire stream yet. Did he said if they are changing maven or removing the damn memory game? Cause yeah I did kill her a few times but god do I hate this fight. I prefer to let sirus fuck me with his die beam over and over instead of playing simon say with maven

Well, its probably time for me to learn the fight. Never trusted floating women enough to repeat it after the initial fail who knows how long ago, lol. Never needed the drops that much also to begin with.
