arching blows needs to be moved way closer to Red/Green starting classes... it is the attack skill light buffs and is literally on the tree as far away as possible from the attack skill classes that need it. trying to use a green skill like lightning rain is really almost pointless as the pathing to get to any of the light nodes is ridiculous from most of the 'bow' tree - same with light strike etc. as OP notices for red skills that use lightning.

Why do we need lightning mastery, when the best way to go for all elemental attack skills, is Trinity?
