Explicit modifiers in Trade Search falsely work for crafted modifiers.

Just before the new league I would hope that this would get looked into.

Basically since 3.16 the explicit modifiers stopped working explicitly. What I mean is that if I look for "+#% to Cold Resistance" I also get results with crafted Cold Resistance. This should not happen since we already have "PSEUDO +#% total to Cold Resistance" for exactly that reason.

This behaviour makes it IMPOSSIBLE to exclusively search for some specific items!

For example one search of mine got the "too complex" error since I needed to use "Weighted Sum" to remove crafted mods from the search. Another specific example can be seen in search [1]. Here I want to look for ALL Body Armours with the Temple modifier "Guatelitzi's", while not excluding those with the %life craft (since I want both in the end). In the past the only false positives would have been the Elder and Hunter %life, which are rare enough in combination with high +life to not appear.

Really hope this can be fixed before the league start.

LOL I forgot I even replied in that thread.. I seem to have encountered the issue in the hopes it gets fixed but after a whole league of trading I honestly got so annoyed about it that I forgot and decided to finally report it.

That also means that it is intended that half my searches are now getting the "too comples error" (error [1] in search [2]). Like they can't tell me to explicitely filter for crafts when at the same time asking me to make my query less complex!
This also means that it is intended to not be able to properly search for the "Guatelitzi's" modifier..

I'm not really sure this helps;, but is this what you're looking for?

Not really, since it can have the craft AND the Guatelitzi's, filtering out the perfect chests. The end-goal for that one was looking for a chest where you either have a crafted prefix, open prefix or it is cheap enough to try to Anull a prefix for craft.

I also forgot that when you get that stupid complexity error you LOOSE your search url, I edited my last answer with a similar link and it will get complex when you try to also filter crafts. This also has been bugging me, where I keep loosing the search when I forget to search again with an easier query.

Please revert this change, it complicates searches a lot.
Before if I wanted to search for a belt with 2 explicit non-crafted resistances and an empty/crafted suffix it was as easy as making 2 counts.

pathofexile.com/trade/search/Archnemesis/gWzd6kOFQ

Now I need to do complex weighted sum filters that don't even give me the same specificity.
With the current explicit semantic implementation, I would need an OR filter for the pseudo suffix count or support for nested statements like IF x NOT y. (which would be a really great addition anyway, but not sure if it's feasible)
But even then it'll probably not fix other cases shown in this thread and the other one from November/21.
I understand that explicit semantically should include crafted and fractured, but in practice the previous behavior was better.
