As a Questreward on completing Act 10, or even earlier, we should get a book for a Skilltree reset. Some friends of mine were so discouraged to continue playing, when they learned that their Character was going to be useless, they quit.
The old Standart stuff should be left alone(gems, items etc.). |

It's way too late to hope anything you request now is included in 3.17 because you asked for it. Try 3.19 or 3.20. They have already got 3.17 done and likely have the scope of 3.18 already set in stone.
