i discovered why i was dying so fast lol it was by my own fire using the Molten Strike i think its a very bad gem, the projectiles would just come back at me and burn me :/ i spent too much on it

" The burning damage there is more than likely from those doggies/flame hellions in that area - they leave burning ground on death. Burning/fire damage from your Molten Strike does NOT damage you. Period. You have a lot to learn about the game mechanics. If you set your profile so that we can see your character, we can help more than by seeing posted images. 😹😹😹😹😹

I an just going to reiterate the point others have said. Your own skills 100% do not do any damage to you unless there is physical or elemental reflect.
