Update:- 3.16.2b has patched this out, doesn't work anymore
Shock and freeze hurt a lot at 100% effect. Not much at 1%. But what about... at -60% effect? There's so many "broken" mechanics in this game that players exploit that breaking the game has become the game. Players who just play are left behind.

" No, but how to go about doing it. Also, that it was even possible, as these sorts of things are usually capped or otherwise prevented. Indeed that's why the video opens with him stressing that this is likely going to get patched out quick. So it's not obvious how to do it. And not obvious that you can even BE 'negative frozen' or 'negative shocked', which weren't doable before (reverse chill was possible before, but only cos a specific unique was made for that). I think this is a bug. Ailments effect should not go bellow 0%.
