question about harvest：randomize influence type

I have a question can harvest option：“randomise the Atlas Influence types” into a shaper‘ influnece？
I did 4 times，no shaper or elder was randomized into ：（

that‘s sad， now I have a correct enchant of helmet，but I also need a shaper influnce，how can I craft？

It's just stupid RNG sadly.

Just keep doing it, or use an awakeners orb if you have the currency (if you want/can handle the item having two influences).

lol no, don't use an awakener orb, it's expensive and it's definitely not for that purpose. Secondly, it will add mods from both influences and make it twice harder to hit the combo you want to hit. Even more if all the mods of one of the influence are worthless for your build.

Awakeners is 2ex right now, so if you can farm 2ex in an hour, you are going to save a lot of time right now over harvest where hitting the right mod, getting the 1/6 shot that you get the right influence, etc.

Or you are buying them on TFT I guess, if you can put up with that.

Also gonna say almost all builds with shapers can use elder mods, so if thats what you hit, Id orb it.

No the harvest should eventually work. If you want to understand your shot, here is a table.

So an average person might hit it by the fourth shot. 1 in 100 will not hit it by the 25th shot. However, in a game with this many people, it is not rare to be 1 in 100. 1 in 1000 will not hit it for 38 tries, and 1 in 100,000 will not hit it for 51 tries.

Like, if you try to six link, some will hit it by 1500 fusing, but some will spend 6,000 and not hit it. Like gambling yet?
