Elemental Overload tooltip is still bugged.
It shows the diamond symbol for all skills that trigger it and probably increase the damage ,as expected, but no damage increases are shown when you look at the numbers in the skill panel. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore "A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. nothing about 20000 ping in some instances?

" After this patch I am getting latency spikes from 20/30ms to 4.5/6s all the time, no matter what server in the region I choose. I have been playing since the Talisman league, I played for few last days, and I never had this issue before this patch. Doing Lab is impossible. Even getting through a single zone in act 6 is a "now you see a picture, now you're dead / welcome to logon screen", fiesta. I know it's not true, but it could be.

Any word on when blighted maps not opening will get fixed?

Same here, was working OK before the patch with the occasional ping-spikes. Now after the patch it's spiking everywhere, maps, heist, delve and the more monsters on screen the worse it gets, ping-spike after every large group of monsters kill.

" that server side crash is right before the guild stuff is handled (joining the guild and posting the guild motto of the day.) can you try resetting the config file? just rename c:\Users\superfliege\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\production_Config.ini to production_Config.ini.old before you start the game age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
