High Latency on random time, but especially in maps [WinMTR Included]

Okay Here we go again, I wanted to play HC and it's A LOT WORSE THAN SC
The bad news is, I cannot even log in into HC server. I just can't get in. Literally. And after 5~6 secs if I was able to log in, it lags out.
The good news is, I got some winMTR on there and found out something. There are pings on HC... but not in SC...??

WinMTR

Okay so I'm gonna go to empty my cache files, and packcheck my POE just to make sure it isn't client side fault. IDK if this is meaningful or not, but JP did the same thing...

EDIT: BTW I don't have ANY PROBLEMS with connecting this forum site.

FFS, STOP cluttering up this thread. YOU are making it harder to help someone by continuing to do so. I am trying to help KZPE out.

I have 31 years in IT. I have helped more people in this forum than I can count. I don't give 2 shits what your complaints are about GGG or otherwise. I don't give 2 shits how other people/companies give support.

If you want help, then make your own thread.

I'm a linux/networking admin also. I've done all the traceroutes and have determined the issue isn't the players.

I especially noted this sort of issue started happening final month of ritual after they introduced some certain patch.

I also noted that entering vaal region in the same map and exiting can sometimes help dissolve the ping issue in the map. This is significant information. Do not ignore this.

I've also noted people with 20-40ms to the server can have this issue.

With all that's said -- this is a GGG issue, all the mtr nonsense isn't going to help.

This latency topic has been here since ultimatum and I with all the support you've been giving have you solved it yet?

Something is going on with the peering point trafic. Suddenly insane packet loss and latency spikes.

My guess is that the web site is hosted on differant servers but try making a WinMTR to compare.
