To be honest, Heist along with practically every side content of PoE (maybe excluding Expeditions) needs a general balance pass since player damage was toned down significantly since ritual (and i still don't talk about the 1% broken builds)...
Path of Exile is a Casino for gambling addicts.
Gambling is not fun nor a game mechanic...
I'd love to see them add a fast tracking mechanism to the rogue levels like they did for delve. It's just so damn redundant.
templars packs remain grossly overtuned. they are the single thing i fear most in hardcore because of their enormous alpha potential. to make matters worse their wind-up animation is just that; a melee swing. add in enormous reach and hit area and the threat they present is way out of line with their level at every possible range.

and they're tanky af on top of that. one of these things need to go; either keep them as melee damage gods or make them lumbering juggernauts. both is a bit much.
One of them is fixing invisible doors.

The eternal heist feedback, "Heists are too long and have too many doors" will be true as long as there's a door.

Agreed. I have my loot filter set up to both hide and black-box at the smallest possible font all Heist-related paraphernalia, since its first impression turned me off of it permanently and made me abandon the league.

I saw my brother playing Heist content, and it's painful to see that most of the fundamental issues with Heist still have not been fixed (i.e. impossible to do on-level unless build is grossly minmaxed, gameplay at loggerheads with PoE's core fast pace).
