I've had this happening intermittently as well. Some instances have extremely high latency (1000 - 20,000) once I approach any enemies.
Last time this happened was yesterday immediately after the patch (03/11/2021 ~6-7pm NZ time). This was my log file for that time period (dcs in that map, outside of it was fine): I ran a constant ping -t 135.90.97.199 when I connected to that instance which was a pretty stable 30ms, seemed to be through the game client that it went crazy.

Yeah, during league launch I played just fine, except for some crashes. After the first patch, lag spikes started, and now they're really bad.

Been happening since league start. It's not completely limited to when I am actively fighting enemies (Though it DOES happen more often when I do) - there's several instances where I freeze up and just see my ping going up and up and up. If it hits 9k, the game immediately disconnects me.
