You need to spend more money if you want your acc go back to be blessed. It's a bit like back when there was that oracle in ancient greece. The girls couldnt see the future without being drugged. Only drugs help. Or money. Same with your games. If you don't make the rng gods rich, how can they afford dropping good stuff? Let that sink in.

Usually the game is not pay to win. There have been a few brief exceptions when GGG will allow you to pay to win in Path of Exile.
