'the deer' suffix stops freezes on utility flasks. it DOES come with reduced duration, so youll want quality and probably a +duration prefix like i have.

To add something (other than a pun) to Thror2k5’s excellent post, there’s also a flask prefix that causes you to gain a number of charges when hit by an enemy - this can result in perma flasks.

Tier 5 is Delinquent’s: 3 charges / hit
Tier 4 is Transgressior’s: 4 charges / hit
Tier 3 is Sinner’s: 5 charges / hit
Tier 2 is Masochist’s: 6 charges / hit
Tier 1 is Flagellant’s: 7 charges / hit

Have your flasks self-activate on full charges and you can straight up forget they exist. It’s like getting one of these. Except you’re not down 150 Exalts. And you can still equip a belt.
