Online Filters transfer old versions for some localizations

Sorry for duplicating bug, but I want to collect more accurate info about issue
Another bug-report: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3189332 Some players get message, when filters attempt to update from server, like this: " I'm facing the issue that I get previous version of subscribed filters. For example, I use https://pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/NeverSink/item-filters I noticed that it happens in Russian localization, but not only - in German too (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1246208/page/415#p24353502) But in English localization I get latest filter versions.
