Bug Reports (Path of Exile 1) - Elemental Overload does not work with Molten Strike?? - Forum

I have the same problem with my current cyclone chieftain. I just switched from RT to Elemental Overload and nothing. The diamond comes up on the skill but I don't see any change in damage.
