Elemental Overload bugged

I cant seem to get the dmg increase from elemental overload.
My tooltip dps is not changing + no buff shown and iam not witnessing any dmg increase whatsoever.

Also smite meele strike range seems to be the same as before.

I can confirm that tooltip DPS is not changing.

Same problem, don't see any ramp of damage. Same for tooltip dps. Playing energy blade cyclone.

Also noticed as well. I'm never getting the ele overload buff icon to appear.

Running spellslinger + volatile dead + spell cascade so creating a lot of VD balls. Chance to crit is only 5% but given how many times I hit I should have procc'ed it at least a few times per zone. It's never procc'ed once despite getting it early act 2 and now in act 5!!!

Ok, so apparently the buff for ele overload is now a tiny diamond on the skillbar instead of an icon at the top. I'll check later to see if it ever lights up to indicate I have the buff but have to say it's nowhere near as convenient as having an icon at the top of the screen. :(

Buff is above the skill icon but no DPS increase - definitely bugged.

I wonder why my blood and sand buff also has this "diamond" icon periodicaly.

Confirming too that even when the little diamond under the skill icon shows, the tooltip DPS doesn't change
