Any way to turn off that 'Player is the first to achieve this and that' yellow notification?

They won't, partly because they're broadcasts and the same avenue used to announce sales, battle pass and maintenance/restart announcements, and partly probably because if they could be turned off, striving to have your name appear in that wouldn't have as much of a point anymore. /shrug
