Iron Will Keystone Finally!

Well it's a straight up buff to the Brutus Earthbreaker builds so that's good for them. Time will tell if it's worth using for other skills.

I can see builds that vomit a bunch of DoTs that have "modifiers to spell damage apply to this skill's DoT effect" on them being usable. Your glove slot is free to put a pumped up secondary spell in it with 30% more DoT from essence or random corrupted unique gloves that nobody wants that have +2 duration, +1-2 whatever spell works.

Iron Fortress + 1,500 str = 30% block, 450% spell damage. Spellslinger spell vomit builds good enough to compete again? Reap/Exsanguinate or a bunch of fire/cold/chaos DoTs sounds good in my mind. You could make something with Geofri's Sanctuary and Shaper's Touch for a ton of ES/mana if you wanted too. So long as you have enough points to grab enough DoT multi to make it worthwhile.

monster buff to Inquisitor which I already thought was a sleeper hit on SC, not sure they've got the defences for HC but maybe with the changes we can squeeze enough in with all the damage they picking up.

Geofri's Sanctuary, Doon Cuebiyari and Shaper's Touch have been crying for this for years ...

Energy shield is buffed ... strength stacking caster is new meta?

I see the Replica Alberon's cyclone occultist that has somewhat mediocre DPS but good quality of life thanks to 40% chance of explosions and high life pool gets to ignore INT and gets a free glove slot. That looks pretty good too.

Nah, you can get "a lot" of cast speed from clusters. Doon Cuebiyari might even be an option this league too. Hell, dual wielding them might even work a little bit.
