I don't understand why any of this is even necessary. Why add yet another thing to minmax? Why not buff the armor bases instead? Or nerf them? Or just do nothing?
What's the purpose of adding another thing that will ultimately give more powercreep to the wealthy? We should be toning it down, not increasing it. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds. Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!
