Sacred Orb is great

This is awesome, truly great, I'm so happy to witness this.
But there is still room for improvements. So hear me out, this is how you actually supposed to do this:

The Scourge expansion introduces three new currency items that can reroll base defence values on armours:
the Sacred Orb, can reroll the values within the -20%-7% range
the Hallowed Orb, can reroll the values within the 7%-15% range with a chance to roll below 7%
the Orb of Sanity can reroll the values within the 15%-20% range with a chance to roll below 0%

The orbs can only be applied if the current value is already within the appropriate range

This way players will be able to gamble three times in a row with three different orbs, can you feel the power of the method and all the thrill and excitement?
Problem: impostor syndrome
Solution: nerf everything
Result: depressing mess

It would work even better, if you matched with blacksmiths whetstone, so that the reroll range is not only valid for the HIDDEN sacred orb roll, but also with the visible quality on the item, this way you will have to balance several rolls into into an item, and should you go outside the quality/sacred orb range, you can brick your item and make it impossible to use sacred orbs on it again.

This can be further enhanced with a Orb of Sacred Imprinting that you can get from Bestiary, so in the event that you get a high roll, you can imprint that HIDDEN value.

This combination is bound to improve player retention as the improved grind will add more content to the game!

It would make sense to just have orb that gives chance to +1 / 0 / -1 any armor without limits. Just pure gambling to have a massive sink. (maybe 2 points for AR /Eva)

It would seriously make more sense than what GGG just released as "hype" feature for 3.16.

3.13 was the golden age.
Can we have it reduce our movement speed or increase cooldowns somehow too?

Mkay

"When exile closing in to dropped on the ground Sacred Orb, hes/her movement and action speed slowes exponentually from less distance it have from that orb".

Enjoy!
I'll admit, when I first heard about the +0-10% secret unmodifiable defense stat I thought "this has to be the worst possible way to give us slightly more defenses on our gear."

I was so very, very wrong.
Also make the orbs not stack and take a 2x2 space in your inventory.
And they should be rarer then exalts.

Otherwise, the well rolled bases will have the same value with the bad ones, and the whole idea of randomly rolled bases becomes useless.

The Sacred Orb is more than three times rarer than an Exalted Orb. It is currently the second-rarest currency item after the Mirror of Kalandra.

One down. Can we do something about the rest? I believe they are doable.
